Masayuki Igawa b1539c5c8b Change all non-slow scenario tests to smoke
Smoke test should be able to check the integrity of the OpenStack cloud
environment easily. And the scenario tests should cover the popular use
cases.
So I think scenario tests should also be executed as smoke tests.
This commit changes all non-slow scenario tests to smoke.
