Roger Luethi aa5291f57a Fix races: wait for keystone, mysql
With this patch, the client scripts wait for the mysql server to come
up before trying to create any tables.

In addition, heat waits for keystone like several other clients scripts
already do.

These races were encountered when testing the kilo release with a
KVM backend.
