Windows batch files are now created using st.py, not osbash.sh. The resulting files land in labs/wbatch where they are not found by tools/generate-labs. This patch adds a symlink in order to have st.py write the Windows batch files where they are expected. Change-Id: Ife23887481d2e30e6e1e15992f5eb86de7c76e36
