Roger Luethi 577f9aaea6 Set DNS nameserver while configuring tenant network 
Follow the install-guide more closely by setting the DNS nameserver
in config_tenant_network.

Use the same DNS nameserver (8.8.4.4) as the install-guide.

Don't set dnsmasq_dns_servers in setup_neutron_network anymore.

README.rst

All scripts in this directory run within the VMs.

They install and configure OpenStack components and any other required software (such as databases).

Before these generic scripts run, scripts from the osbash subdirectory set up the VM and configure basic networking.
