1. What is the problem? Tricircle need remove some tables, we can see these tables in [1]. 2. What is the solution to the problem? This patch remove the follow tables: *quality_of_service_specs *quota_classes *quota_usages *quotas *reservations *volume_type_extra_specs *volume_type_projects *volume_types 3. What the features need to be implemented to the Tricircle to realize the solution? No new features.
