The tricircle project is based on Openstack Icehouse version, this
patch modify to adopt the Juno version.

Glance Store Patch

we simple modified the following two python file for the cascading need:
- backend.py: add a little code for handling the glance-location; 
- _drivers/http.py: alike backend.py, adding some handle logic for glance-location.
