Synopsis

Follow OpenStack CLI format :

openstack [<global-options>] <command> [<command-arguments>]

The CLI for Tricircle can be executed as follows :

openstack multiregion networking <command> [<command-arguments>]

All commands will issue request to Tricircle Admin API.
