James Slagle 62bce8edbf Copy all_nodes.json instead of rendering template ... Rendering all_nodes.json on each node is proving to be a performance bottleneck. Given that it is the same data on each node and it has already been rendered as group_vars/overcloud.json on the control node (undercloud), it can just be copied to each node.
