David Vallee Delisle 0760c561fc tripleo-kernel: fixing naming of workload protection ... A valid concern was raised post-merge about readability of the workload protection function in kernelargs. Since this is an internal variable, it shouldn't be prefixed with tripleo_kernel. We also don't need to define the defer_reboot variable.
