The latest ansible-collections-openstack version is no longer compatible with openstacksdk in stable/wallaby (0.55.1). This pins the collection to avoid pulling "too new" version. Closes-Bug: #2028472 Change-Id: Iee2ebe5fab92fa6865c39a09d59f769f80ff7b9b
