James Slagle bc6ccf2240 Fix typo in skeleton role ... Fixes a typo in the skeleton role and the generated roles that had been affected. Note that the tripleo-packages and tripleo-ovs-dpdk roles are excluded from being updated because those CI jobs are presently failing.
