tripleo-ansible/_skeleton_role_/defaults/main.yml.j2
Oliver Walsh d0ed5b80c3 Fix role addition skeleton
This was messing up the role name in the templates, e.g
ansible-playbook -i localhost, role-addition.yml -e role_name=tripleo_foo

Generates roles/tripleo_foo/defaults/main.yml with:
tripleo_tripleo_foo_debug: "..."

Also _skeleton_role_/vars/main.yml contained jinja2 but wasn't being processed.
