This change adds the "tripleo-create-admin" role from tripleo-common. This change creates all of the molecule tests required to ensure that the role is properly exercised using all of it's documented code paths. Documentation hooks have been added showing how the role can be used. Change-Id: I5649e5af6b18c411d7bbbe230556c04aeddf2795 Signed-off-by: Kevin Carter <kecarter@redhat.com>
