James Slagle 08f5b6d18c Handle stack not found during inventory generation ... If the inventory generation is passed a non-existant stack name, a warning is now logged. Additionally, the rest of the code that generates the overcloud inventory is skipped by returning earlier so that the inventory generation finishes sooner.
