This patch removes the following Validations workflows:
- tripleo.validations.list_groups
- tripleo.validations.list_validations
- tripleo.validations.run_validation
- tripleo.validations.upload
The following workflows still remain in charge and will be migrated
in a follow up patch:
- tripleo.validation.get_pubkey
- tripleo.validation.get_privkey
- tripleo.validation.enable
