Bogdan Dobrelya 83bdc58ecc Parametrize ansible transport setting ... As we want to share the ansible.cfg generation with tripleo undercloud/standalone deployments, allow to use custom transports, like local. Make ansible ssh_private_key optional as no SSH keys might be expected for some of the transport cases (like local).
