Update repositories and standalone for current branch only

Update deployment/repositories.rst to remove content older than
current tripleo branch. This file is referenced by the following
which should also be updated or removed accordingly:

deployment/instack_undercloud.rst
deployment/install_overcloud.rst
deployment/install_undercloud.rst
features/undercloud_minion.rst
post_deployment/upgrade/undercloud.rst
deployment/standalone.rst

Also update deployment/standalone.rst to remove references to
content older than current tripleo branch.
