Raoul Scarazzini 60a88cbb31 First big cleanup of the repo after the fork ...

This first commit cleanup all the unnecessary files that were imported
by the fork.
We will start with just validate-ha and consider this repository as a
container for all the roles that does not fit completely oooq-extras.
