Remove the ineffective AdminEmail parameter
The AdminEmail parameter has had no effect since we introduced keystone bootstrap command to create a set of bootstrap resource, because the bootstrap command doesn't support user email. This change removes that useless command. Change-Id: I14557a69301ba5c18205702d929b4ffe6b7c8040
