Move globals into main level 0 case
This change moves all of the global content into a main case, which, in a follow on review, will allow us to futher refactor the content into better documented methods, ansible modules, etc. Change-Id: I4538b58334af80cb2c9bd1233e122e3f73e7988c Signed-off-by: Kevin Carter <kecarter@redhat.com>
