Define the GaneshaNetwork parameter used by cephadm
cephadm now exposes the network parameter, which is used by the spec to identify the network address block used to deploy a given daemon. This patch just exposes (like we've done for RGW) the network where ganesha should be bound. Change-Id: I6eef61938360e6545b8265a4f2026a4945ad06b5
