Unescape IPv6 addresses for ceph_nfs_bind_addr
Currently we end up with IPv6 addresses in ganesha.conf that are encapsulated in brackets so the file isn't parsed correctly and the ceph_nfs container fails to start. Closes-bug: #1840983 Change-Id: I035f945df3ea0519ce8b62daa6d0b313e84a508c (cherry picked from commit0478cd8923
