Xinetd tripleo service is no longer managed. The xinetd service hasn't been

managed since the switch to containers. OS::TripleO::Services::Xinetd is

disabled by default and dropped from the roles. The

|
OS::TripleO::Services::Xinetd will be removed in Train.
