Harald Jensås 0cc80ba4e1 Add IronicEnableNovaPowerNotifications parameter ... Adds the IronicEnableNovaPowerNotifications THT parameter. In the undercloud environment set the parameter to `false` so that the undercloud's ironic-conductor don't attempt to send power notifications to a non-existing nova service. Backport note: We merge the tht patch first to avoid bug 2002469 .
