The /var/lib/docker-puppet is deprecated and can now be found under /var/lib/container-puppet. We don't have Docker anymore so we try to avoid confusion in the directories. The directory still exists but a readme file points to the right directory. Change-Id: Ie3d05d18e2471d25c0c4ddaba4feece840b34196
