Takashi Kajinami b0ec5296c3 Enable caching in heat ... This patch enables caching in heat with memacached on controller nodes, to improve perfornance to retrieve informaiton about heat resources. Note that resource finder cache is still disabled because of known issue with stack recreated with the same name before cache invalidation.
