ramishra 574cf27691 Drop mistral configuration from post deploy 
Though we still have the option to enable mistral
in the undercloud, we don't use it for overcloud
deployment.

Note: We can get rid of UndercloudPostPy* resources once
nova is not supported for node deployment.

e.g after the OpenStack service configuration has been completed.
