Gregory Thiemonge ad942efe79 Fix missing ssh key in scenario010 job 
A recent commit in THT introduced basic support for Octavia ssh key
generation in tripleo-ansible, and it modified the scenario010 job
parameters in order to use this new method. But as the related
tripleo-ansible commit
(https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/tripleo-ansible/+/783824) hasn't
been merged yet, job is broken. This commit restores the previous
parameter which uses the current user's ssh key.
