Alex Schultz cef9c0e88e Update swift rsyslog configuration ... Rather than use the shell tasks to determine if we have rsyslog, we can use ansible's systemd module. Additionally, we should only run this bit of code once if proxy and storage are being installed on the same node. Currently it'll run the same bit of code twice.
