David Vallee Delisle 8e0bd79c6b Enabling vhost-postcopy-support when live_migration_permit_post_copy ... When we enable live_migration_permit_post_copy in nova-libvirt, we also need to enable the vhost-postcopy-support config in OVS. Also, the only reason to not automatically enable live_migration_permit_post_copy is on realtime hypervisors, so we're removing the hugepages condition.
