Keigo Noha a0b9f90a2e Add a suffix for tmpwatch ...

Change 641608 introduces tmpwatch into logrotate-crond container.
However, LogrotatePurgeAfterDays parameter is parsed in hours because
there is no suffix to the value. This commit adds a suffix, 'd' to the
value.
