This setting was renamed enabled_filters a while back. For the sake of consistency, we need to change this here as well. Therefore, we're deprecating NovaSchedulerDefaultFilters and creating a new setting called NovaSchedulerEnabledFilters. This is jointly committed with a relevant change in puppet-nova.
