Emilien Macchi aa7134b4f0 Add missing TripleO services to ci/multinode 
Add:
    - OS::TripleO::Services::TripleoPackages
    - OS::TripleO::Services::TripleoFirewall

to the CI environments, so we can test Firewalling and also TripleO
packages upgrades.
