The baremetal API version is no longer hardcoded in ``stackrc``. This

allows easy access to new features in *ironicclient* as they are
|
|
introduced. If you need to use a fixed API version, set the
|
|
``OS_BAREMETAL_API_VERSION`` environment variable.
