James Slagle 8337ba2cde Install glance-manage into /usr/local/bin ...

Instead of specifying the full path to glance-manage, install a
symlink to the command into /usr/local/bin and just use the command name
when we call it.  This allows a packaged version to get used if the
package install type was chosen.
