Script what needs to be done in order to prepare a ci-overcloud for CI Currently a WIP, a few things still need to be ironed out. Also run this at the end of deploy-ci-overcloud, it currenlty hardcoded to the HP region but so it the rest of deploy-ci-overcloud.
