Add steps required to run minor update on overcloud

Add steps to multinode-overcloud-update.yml playbook which are required
before running overcloud update. The prerequisites for starting
overcloud update for tripleo-upgrade are:

- updated dlrn repos definitions on overcloud nodes
- updated containers-prepare-parameter.yaml file on undercloud
