Arx Cruz 0c6e3cd43b Removing duplicated tasks ...

Generate subunit files is the same task as Generate
testrepository.subunit file, so we are executing the same task twice
basically. Removing the Generate subunit in favor of
testrepository.subunit because testrepository is used to feed
openstack-health
