Overall, I agree with the theme. We're carrying too much tech debt, and if we substantially cut out a lot of it, just about everything will become easier as it directly relates to TripleO.

This is fair, the spec is targeting Xena, however, I'm not married to that; it was latest directory available at the time the spec was created. I will gladly move it to Yoga if we think that's best.
