Patch Set 4:

> Can we do something about the double scrollbar on the right?
 Removed <Wizard.Row> which caused double scrollbars
> We should add some help text just above the editor.  Something simple like "Please review your changes below".
Doing that breaks the embedding of the editor inside the content of the wizard IMHO. Isn't the title of the second step 'Review Configuration' enough?

Alternatively, we could put the information in AceEditorIputToolbar description which is shown below the editor window. parameter.description is not very well written currently...
