Jiri Tomasek 6243c027b4 Add nova to appConfig immutable record ...

Nova endpoint is missing in appConfig record, and therefore regardless
of nova endpoint being defined in tripleo_ui_config.js, it is ignored
by the app.

This change adds nova endpoint definition to appConfig record and
adds nova endpoint to tripleo_ui_config.js sample
