Use the constraints option which is available since tox 4.28.0 . This is a preferred and easy solution to apply constraints consistently. Avoid installing the whole software when not needed. Some of the documentation builds don't need it. Simplify coverage options by migrating these to .coveragerc and reusing similar options fro base testenv. Also show missing lines at report so that we can easily find how we can improve the coverage. Finally use consistent indentations for better readability.
