Gábor Antal 0956c1e134 Handle log message interpolation by the logger part 6 
The following directories were fixed in this commit:
  - datastore/
  - db/
  - dns/
  - instance/

According to OpenStack Guideline[1], logged string message should be
interpolated by the logger.
