You can't do backup in PostgreSQL secondary node, because backup can't get label from *.backup files. Current, you just can do backup in PostgreSQL primary node. So I want we can do backup in any nodes Story: #2010837 Task: #48426 Change-Id: I1998f37b6d81fd451c31311072aaf539434dd6dd
