Mathieu Bultel e943a4e420 Add default value for validation.py inventory 
Add default value as localhost for the inventory
option of the validation.py cli script

Fix related CI issues that comes with this change:
* add block for only check sestatus when a stdout is defined
* add extra_vars to the validation.py script to be able
  to configure the check-ram validation for CI envirnonment.
