Yujun Zhang 2cb1fafe2b Add support for building equivalent scenario

TemplateData is refactored to make it possible

- split SubGraph and ScenarioData from TemplateData
- build entity index and relationship index in TemplateData
- delay variable extraction to subgraph build
- simplify the process of adding scenario to repository

Implement: blueprint entity-equivalence

The OpenStack RCA Service

Vitrage is the OpenStack RCA (Root Cause Analysis) Service for organizing, analyzing and expanding OpenStack alarms & events, yielding insights regarding the root cause of problems and deducing the existence of problems before they are directly detected.
