Add pci_stats attribute to ComputeNode Etcd model.
This will fix the gate problem [1]. Related-Bug: #1722698 [1] http://logs.openstack.org/86/509286/1/check/gate-zun-devstack-dsvm-docker-etcd-nv/be2f826/logs/screen-zun-compute.txt.gz#_Oct_09_21_20_00_225823 Change-Id: If2322c98f0bb2ea3de5c2f7e577125ea5064dd93
