Hongbin Lu 52dd2007e9 Rename 'volume_id' to 'cinder_volume_id'

In before, we used the name 'volume_id' to reference a cinder
volume id. This renaming makes this more clearer. In addition,
we are going to use 'volume_id' to reference to a generic
docker volume so this renaming is a prerequisite for the
follow-up patch.
