Sheel Rana 54528cbeb9 Updated dev doc for ubuntu version 
Removed "This session has only been tested on
Ubuntu 14.04 (Trusty)." line from dev docs.
This also works on 16.04.1 LTS version. So, its not
required to mention 14.04 version in dev docs.
