Soren Hansen 1d7c391c84 Make public urls use public_address in all-in-one ...

The public url endpoints currently use 127.0.0.1 for their hostname, so
it's impossible to use the all-in-one cloud from outside the host.
Change this to public_address so that it can be tested from the outside.
